Dean's Report to the Alumni - One Vision One Promise

Michael Martin, faculty member for almost 40 years, served as the interim Dean in 2009-2010. In the midst of a $100 million campaign that would support the new Law School building, scholarships, faculty chairs, centers and institutes, and the Annual Fund, Martin, emphasized One Vision: " Fordham Law Stands apart because we offer a complete legal education distinguished by our commitment to academic excellence, dedication to the craft of lawyering, focus on ethics, devotion to service, and loyalty to community; and One Promise: "Fordham Law's campaign is more than bricks and mortar. It is more than dollars and cents. The campaign is a promise to future generations of law students that Fordham Law will continue to prepare excellent lawyers to be leaders in the legal profession."
