Description

With the Approval of the City Board of Estimate, plans for development on the Lincoln Square Campus were set to begin with an anticipated 1959 completion. Mr. John Dolan, Director of the Development Fund commented on the challenge of relocating families with the assistance of the Board of Estimate.
