Description

The moot court program at Fordham draws judges from New York, Federal courts and some of the most distinguished law firms in the State. Students had the opportunity to argue laws in an appellate moot court, then in their second and third years, student participated in the trial moot court where they conducted research, gathered witnesses and tried a case before a jury. Today, the William Hughes Mulligan Moot Court Competition determines which student will compose the Moot Court Board and may then participate in national competitions.
