Synopsis
A landlord's holdover petition was partially dismissed because it improperly used a pseudonym (**CPLR 1024**) for an occupant whose identity was already known to the landlord. The court granted the occupant's motion to dismiss the petition against him but denied the landlord's cross-motion to amend the petition to re-add him. However, the court did permit the landlord to amend the petition to add other unnamed occupants whose identities were not known, allowing the overall proceeding to continue against the remaining parties.
