Marcia Thurmond asks BLSA alumni to contact Dean Feerick and The Advocate and voice their opinions on the incidences of racism described in BLSA's 11-11-1988 letter to the Dean. Copies of that letter, along with the racist letters published in The Advocate would have been included in her mailing.

Ms. Thurmond also asks for ideas, questions or comments, and says she would like to organize a Fordham BLSA Alumni Association.
