Court grants tenant's OSC to vacate money judgment entered against her on default for failure to appear on a previously scheduled court date. Tenant came to court late and filed her OSC on the same date the default was entered. Court found tenant acted expeditiously and made the requisite showing under CPLR 5015 by demonstrating both a reasonable excuse for missing the court date and meritorious claims or defenses.
