Abstract
Litigation in 2050: A Backward, Forward, Topsy-Tury Look at Dispute Resolutions was originally comissioned by the American Bar Association Center for Professional Responsibility. Along with two companion pieces reflecting varying perspectives on the same subject, it was presented as part of the Seventeenth Annual Conference on Professional Responsibility, presented at Scottsdale, Arizona, June 6-9, 1991.
