Parole Administrative Appeal Documents

Parole denials may be administratively appealed to the Board of Parole’s Appeals Unit. The Unit’s lawyers prepare a recommendation. Then, three Board commissioners (who did not take part in the denial decision on review) determine whether to reverse, affirm, or modify the parole denial.
