Aims & Scope
The Journal's purpose is to publish scholarly articles of relevance to the business and legal community, and to provide a Journal for students and professionals to publish on current issues in the financial, securities, banking, bankruptcy and tax practice areas. This goal is met primarily through the Journal's publication of Articles, Notes, Comment/Case Notes, Book Reviews, Essays, Symposia and Conference Proceedings.
